Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is helpful in the healing process of soft tissue injuries that can be caused by sports, recreation, poor posture, repetitive activities and motor vehicle accidents.

Our Registered Massage Therapists treat a variety of ailments including headaches, sore, tight muscles, back pain, neck pain, TMJ (Jaw) pain, osteoarthritis and muscle tension due to stress.

Antonio graduated from Far Eastern University NRMF in Philippines in 2001 with Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He passed the Physiotherapy Competency Exam in 2015. He has a wide variety of interests in the profession, but favours musculoskeletal injuries. He speaks and understands both English and Tagalog. In his spare time Antonio enjoys playing basketball, running and listening to different kinds of music.

Estelle Reuter BScPT, CMT

Estelle graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa in 1980 with a BSc in Physical Therapy before passing the Physiotherapy Competency Examination in Canada. Her area of interest is treating all ages of clients with orthopaedic conditions. Estelle has completed level 3 of the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She also obtained her Certificate as a Manilpulative Therapist through the SWODEAM institute as well as her Certificate in Biomedical Dry Needling. She has completed certification through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute to treat the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She has experience in the geriatric field and is an avid supporter of keeping the elderly strong to maintain their independence at home. Estelle enjoys interacting with people from diverse cultural background. She speaks English, German, Afrikaans, Zulu and a bit of French.
