Jeny Alex graduated from Mangalore University, India with a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy in 1998. She has over 18 years of experience working as a physical therapist both in India and Canada. She has extensive experience in both acute care and private practice. She had a great opportunity to develop her skills in rehabilitation of orthopedic surgery cases from acute care in University Of Alberta Hospital and Royal Alexandra Hospital. In private practice her interest is treating various orthopedic conditions. Jeny has attended several workshops and seminars related to shoulder injury and rehabilitation, pattern of pain. Seema graduated from VNSGU, India in 2014 with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Musculoskeletal Sciences, securing first place in her class. She started practicing in a private orthopedic clinic right after she graduated. Her area of interest is treating all ages of clients with orthopedic conditions. She has published two research articles in International Journals. Seema has successfully cleared the Canadian Physiotherapy Competency Exam. She is currently undertaking the level courses of Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has attended a number of courses in order to keep her clinical skills updated. Seema is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Sindhi languages.

Estelle graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa in 1980 with a BSc in Physical Therapy before passing the Physiotherapy Competency Examination in Canada. Her area of interest is treating all ages of clients with orthopaedic conditions. Estelle has completed level 3 of the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She also obtained her Certificate as a Manilpulative Therapist through the SWODEAM institute as well as her Certificate in Biomedical Dry Needling. She has completed certification through the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute to treat the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She has experience in the geriatric field and is an avid supporter of keeping the elderly strong to maintain their independence at home. She is passionate about restoring her patients’ function in activities of daily living, work and recreation. Sheeba is a certified IMPACT trained physiotherapist for concussion management.
